1. Change of Mind and Size Issues

·        Incorrect size selected by the customer

·        Colour preference or minor colour variation due to screen settings

·        Product not meeting personal expectations

·        Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer

 

We are not responsible for the above cases.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

·        You must provide your order number, clear photographs of the product, and a clear unboxing video, where applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

3. Return Shipping

For approved cases involving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will review the matter and inform you about the next steps.

We do not accept returns for reasons that are not covered by this policy.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed after the issue has been reviewed and approved by us. The refund will be made to the original payment method, where applicable.

·        Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you wish to request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once order processing has started.
